Firestone Complete Auto Care

Excellent service! I came in with an emergency halfway through a road trip and the crew was very helpful. Santos understood the urgency of our situation and despite being very apparently busy, he made sure to attend to our concerns and made the necessary calls. He had us in and out of here within 2 hours. Highly recommend!!

Extremely disappointed with my experience at this Firestone location. I brought my vehicle in because I wanted the problem diagnosed. Before coming in, I had already been to another mechanic who replaced the camshaft sensor. I even had the old sensor with me and specifically told the Firestone staff not to replace that sensor because it had already been replaced. After inspecting my vehicle, they told me the camshaft sensor was bad and needed to be replaced. Even though I had already explained that it was brand new, I told them that if they truly believed it needed to be replaced again, they could go ahead and do it. They charged me $404, replaced the same sensor I had just replaced, and when I got my car back the original problem was still there. The check engine code never went away, and the vehicle was not fixed. When I questioned them, instead of taking responsibility, they told me there was another problem with the vehicle. My question is simple: Why wasn’t I told that before charging me $404? If replacing that sensor wasn’t going to fix the problem, why did you replace it and charge me for it after I had already warned you it was new? I paid $404 and received no solution

Kyle, Airreonna, and Santos were absolutely amazing! As a young woman traveling for the weekend, I needed car service unexpectedly, and they got me in right away. They were kind, professional, and took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. I never felt uncomfortable asking questions, and they made the whole experience stress-free. I truly appreciate their honesty and exceptional customer service. Highly recommend!

I would recommend taking your vehicle to Firestone at 3529 S. Westnedge ave in Portage. They do great work, and the mechanics are good at what they do. Santos the general manager is very kind, and he cares about his customers. Instead of using Lyft he gave me a ride home, which was very nice. I finally find a reputable mechanic shop, and that's Firestone 3629 S Westnedge ave.
